Let's talk in further detail on how exactly you will make money as a Business Associate in Dubli. To become a licensed Business Associate, you will choose from 1 of 3 packages to purchase at startup. You now will have the right to signup other business associates and also register customers (this is where the real money is....customers!!). One of the major benefits of the upfront costs to begin your business is the ability to purchase Dubli Credits at a discounted rate. Remember, the entire business model is driven by the brand name products that people can buy (or get for free) for huge discounts. But to participate in the auctions, consumers need to purchase (or be given) Dubli Credits. The single best way to expose either the business opportunity and/or auction platform is to allow others to experience the process. As a Business Associate, the credits you purchase at a discount upon joining will be your main source of advertising. You have the ability to give 1, 5, 10, 50, etc credits to friends, family, strangers, etc. or whomever you choose as often as you want. The reason for doing this, when these people experience the auction process and realize the value of the Dubli Auction, they will be so intriguied and will eventually become paying customers. 3. GOLD- The Gold license gives you 6,000 credits (which is a 50% discount), and 4 times the Bronze commission on adding Associates. So you would make $300, and go up from there. You should definitely buy a Gold license if there’s any way you can afford it, because it gives you more credits at a bigger discount to start building your customer base (which is where the real money is), and it also pays 4x the commission rate on adding Associates. Plus you override all of Dubli fees generated by customers, partners, etc in your organization.

Note: You can buy a bronze or silver license and upgrade to a gold package
within 30 days by simply paying the difference. Upgrading after the initial
30 days will require a package to be purchased for full price.

Let's discuss how lucrative just emailing a link and getting customer's to register (for free!) on your site will be:

Again, what you’re buying is the opportunity to register these customers under your name and earn commission every time one of them buys a DubLi credit or clicks-through to the shopping side and generates a fee. But here’s the very cool thing that happens when you register a customer . . . that customer will add customers, who add customers, who add customers, under your license number, at no cost to you, without you having to contact them, or do anything. It’s the same kind of viral phenomenon we’ve seen with Facebook and Myspace.

So, when you buy your license, you get a bunch of DubLi Credits that come with it as I mentioned above. You start with your own contact database; you send out 10 free credits to everybody you know, and about 20% of them end up as customers. They click on the link you send, register under your embedded license number, use their free credits; and become regular customers who buy an average of about 10 credits each month. And then, the viral factor kicks in. We know from Europe that, within two months, a new customer will cause an average of 5 other people that they know to register as customers, under your license number; and they do that by simply clicking the Tell-A-Friend button on their DubLi account screen, and sending their friends that link (that by the way has your license number embedded).So, let’s say you send 10 credits each to 200 people, and 20% of them try it out and become customers; so you’ll end up with 40 initial customers that you know personally. And then . . . they’ll each cause 5 more customers to register (now you have 200 more); and those 200 add 5 each (so now you have 1,000 more); and those thousand add 5 each (and now you have 5,000). and on and on, and in a matter of months . . . not years . . . you’re looking at the possibility of having literally tens of thousands of customers registered under your license because of the viral nature of the web (and you only knew the first 40 of them).

And we know it happens this way because that’s how Facebook and Myspace grew so rapidly. And that’s why being in this early, just weeks or months after our launch is so important. Because you get the first shot at the viral customer pool and you get more time than anyone else to grow that pool before somebody else registers those customers.

Right now in Europe, there are 1.3 million customers spending an average of $7.50 a month on credits alone. Doesn’t seem like much until you realize there are early license holders over there that already have 15 thousand or more customers registered under their license; and they’re earning 10, 20, 30 thousand a month on credit sales alone, plus their click-through commissions, plus their commissions on adding sublicenses, so we’re talking about mid-five-figures . . . per month.

The Dubli.com 3 Auction Types

What makes the Dubli Auctions so unique is that they all have some sort of characteristic of a “reverse” auction, where every time you bid, the price of the item goes down . . . instead of up. And here’s how they work:

Xpress Auction- The price of each item starts at retail (same price you would see in the typical retail store). The current price, however, is hidden. And to see the current price, you just click on the Show Price button. To do that you have to use the Dubli Credits; and credits are 80 cents a piece. So when you click on show price, you’re spending one credit, or 80 cents, and 25¢ of that 80¢ is immediately applied to reduce the price of the item, and the other 50¢ goes toward commissions. So every time somebody bids on Show Price, they see a price that’s 25¢ lower than the previous bid, and they have the option to buy the item at that price.

So, think about what’s happening here: On eBay, every time somebody places a bid, the price goes up. So, what do people do? (they gradually lose interest and drop out of the auction as the price rises above their threshold). On DubLi, every time somebody places a bid, the price goes down. So, imagine thousands of people bidding on one item, and as the price of the item gets lower, there’s an increase of bidders (not a decrease), all paying 80¢ a bid, driving the price lower faster, which causes even more people to bid, and each of these bidders has to decide each time if they’re going to buy the item at that price, or see if they can wait and get it for even less . . . And then, somebody buys the item at the discounted price, and the auction’s over for that item. And then DubLi puts another one up just like it, but the price starts back at retail.

So, you can see how this creates a very exciting place to shop and have fun, and work your strategy with the falling prices . . . and of course, buy things at significant discounts. It’s way more interesting than eBay because the longer the item remains on auction, the lower the price goes, the faster the bids come in, and the greater the savings to whoever ends up buying it (because remember, their purchase price is being subsidized by all those bids).

Zer0 Auction - This is somewhat different than the Xpress auction. The Zer0 auction is almost like a game. The starting price is full retail price (as Xpress is). The current price is hidden, and every time somebody clicks on “Show Price”, they’re charged one DubLi credit or 80¢, and the price drops 25¢. The object of this auction is to be the person whose bid brings the price down the last 25¢ to zero, because if you’re that person placing the last bid, you get the item for free. So imagine what happens when the price of that plasma TV or video game console gets down to a few bucks. People who are interested in these items start clicking like crazy (at 80¢ a click) trying be the last bidder, because the last bidder is going to walk away with it for free. This auction certainly gets people’s attention, as you can walk away with free products. As of November 1, 2008; DubliNation.com will begin to include brand new vehicles in the Zer0 Auction.

UNIQUE BID. This auction is similiar in that it costs 80¢ for each bid (just like the others), and the object is simple: Whoever places the lowest unique bid amount for that item gets to buy the item for their bid amount. So, I let’s say I pay 80 cents to place a bid, and I enter $2.20 as my bid. It’s a timed auction, so when the clock runs out, the computer will run through all the bids, it eliminates any bid that has a duplicate, and then pick the lowest single unique bid; and that person gets to buy the item at that price. So, if nobody else bid $2.20, and that’s the lowest bid that anybody placed on that item, I get to buy it for $2.20. These are the same products on all the other auctions that are valued at hundreds, if not, thousands of dollars at full retail price.......yet they're often being purchased for pennies onthe dollar.

So, that gives you an idea of what the auction site is like. People are finding it very compelling, which is why (after only 10 months in Europe) there’s already 1.3 million registered customers coming to the site on a regular basis, and buying an average of about 10 credits a month each to participate.

The Dubli.com Shopping Portal

The Shopping Portal is projected to launch 1st quarter of 2009. As you're now aware, the DubliNation.com auction site just launched in the United States on October 4, 2008. As the customer base grows, due to the uniqueness of the auction portal, Dubli will then launch the Shopping side. This will be utilized almost like a search engine. Customer's will have the ability to type in products, manufacturer's, etc into the search area, the Dubli Shopping portal will search the internet for the least expensive prices. This is not an auction, just a resource to buy products the traditional way, at the cheapest prices.
